I just finished “ The Deep Kings”chapter. Definitely a lot going on in that chapter. I do not enjoy violence, but do understand the rage John seems to be illustrating in it! Humans truly can be very violent entities. I was thankful for Maneus being able to access his “ kind” side, even after losing himself to darkness. Looking forward to following the story further.
