Hey! Is it too late or too early?
With how long everything has taken, it feels a little unusual to be able to say Significatorius is nearly ready for release.
The last major milestone, my proof copy arrived the other day!
While there may still be a few minor edits, I think we’re ready for the harvest.
Preorders are live for the Kindle version on Amazon.
Be sure to grab your preemptive copy if you’re afraid you’ll forget when the book releases!
I’ll be honest though, I have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to setting dates and all the other things you’re meant to do to manipulate the growth graph.
I don’t think it really matters for someone on as small a scale as I am.
It suits me better to let out a quiet breath and say: “Here it is.”
Free as in Beer
To further promote my name and hopefully build some hype around the release of Significatorius, I’ve made all my books available for free on Kindle!
The promotion will last from Monday until Friday, so be sure to grab one while you still can!
❄️ Besnowed — A slice-of-life snowy story
☕ Maneus — Coffee, conversations, and chaos
🗡️ Rhean — Philosophical fantasy adventure
Beneath The Snow
If all you care about is a bit of a primer for the world of my new story, Besnowed is likely the best choice.
While the style is indeed different, the book will provide a unique perspective on everything that happens in Significatorius.
Notably, I believe it will add new layers to the politics at play. The way a region, a country, and a people view themselves is always different from the inside and the outside.
While Besnowed focuses on the interfamilial relations, Significatorius explores a certain discrepancy in expected experiences.
My book filled with the warmth of winter, Besnowed, takes us on a trip down memory lane, every scene dripping in flashbacks and nostalgia. There is a universal reverence for the cherished national holiday because of how it contributes to their sense of survival.
❄️ Besnowed — Character profile, vignettes, flashbacks, wandering
🧣 Significatorius — Slice-of-life, momentum, performance, direction
I intentionally left the fact that Besnowed takes place in Antarctica vague so as to not draw attention away from how everything in the village of Besniwod is normal to the people who live there.
In Oshovia and all of Greater Patagonia, however, the idea of a unified religion is less certain. The people across the strait feel like a new version of history is attempting to overshadow their longstanding local traditions.
Significatorius then tasks Palena Moria with sorting all that out while simultaneously falling in love.
Celebrating Seasons
Holidays are in the air on this side of the Atlantic. Le 14 juillet or perhaps better known as Bastille Day in English means there will be fireworks lighting up the sky.
I was tempted to wait for the more appropriate autumnal months before releasing my new book, but the impatient quarters of my mind got the better of me.
Besides, I don’t think it will hurt to already have Significatorius available when that time of year eventually rolls around.
A story ripe when the harvest comes.
Until next time,

Looking forward to reading your new book John! John has been making up stories for a very long time, I know, I am his mother. When John were young, I thought he might be a cartoon writer like “ Calvin & Kline”, then as he aged I thought he might write songs, music 🎶 was his true love, back in the day…. Time changes…. Everything , don’t we all know that. Sending love forever ❤️
